From your first inquiry to project completion, we make the process simple and transparent.

Request an Estimate
Submit an estimate request online and tell us a little about your project. You can upload photos and choose the day that works best for us to evaluate your property.

Property Evaluation
We'll visit your property to assess the project and take measurements. You do not need to be present, although we may contact you if we need clarification about the scope of work or your goals for the project.

Receive Your Proposal
After the evaluation, we'll send a detailed proposal outlining the recommended services, products, and pricing for your project.

Accept & Schedule
Once your proposal is accepted, your project will be placed into our scheduling queue. We'll send an email confirming the week your project is scheduled to begin.

Cleaning & Preparation
On the day your project is scheduled, you'll receive a text message letting you know you're on our schedule. Our team will professionally clean and prepare the surface to ensure proper stain adhesion and long-lasting results.

Staining & Protection
After the surface has had adequate time to dry, typically 2–3 days depending on weather conditions, you'll receive another text message notifying you that we're returning to apply the stain and protective finish.

Project Completion
Once the work is complete, we'll perform a final review and email your invoice. Then all that's left is to enjoy your renewed outdoor space.
